evening commenced with the Bharatanatyam presentation by Guru Rashmi Khanna, a senior
disciple of Smt Kalyani Shekhar. She started her performance with pushpanjali
followed by a Ganesh Stuti. She concluded her performance with a Tillana. She
received both critical and popular acclaim from the audience. The evening
concluded with a scintillating vocal recital by Swarnima Gusain, a disciple of
Gaan Saraswati Smt Kishori Amonkar.

started the concert with raga Kedar followed by a bhajan ‘Mharo pranam…’ and
concluded with another popular bhajan. She was supported well by Sarit Das on
the Tabla and Vinay Mishra on the Harmonium.

audience was enthralled by her silky voice and great control over musical
note. This captivating performance enthralled the audience, the outcome
was a standing ovation by a gathering of over 300 people.
